Floor one and mezzanine

19,500 sq. ft.
The first floor is at street level, fronting the city's main street, the busy Broad Street (State Route 93). This level features a 12,000-sq. ft. area ideal for restaurants or a food court.

The centerpiece of the space is an historic early 1900s bank vault located at the rear of the first floor. Original marble flooring and ornate ceiling have been uncovered and may be restored.

Just above the first floor is the 7,500-sq. ft. mezzanine, which features a grand view of the lower half of the first floor. It is suited to be part of the restaurant/food court or may be used for retail/conference/meeting rooms.
